Mitchell Allen James Bruggner, 17, of Thomasville, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

He was born August 24, 1999 in Deland, FL. Mitchell was a student at Ledford Senior High School where he played varsity football. He was an avid outdoorsman where he loved shooting guns, fishing and hunting. He was employed at High Point Furniture Company.

Mitchell is survived by his two mothers, Maleena Asbury and Cricket Asbury of the home; brother, Tyler Bruggner and wife Esthefany of Gastonia; sister, Alexis Asbury of the home; special friend and mentor, Chris Shumate and many extended family members in Florida.

Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Hope City Church, 758 Motsinger Rd., Winston Salem with Pastor Adam Dillon officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.
