Mina Smeltzly Carson, 77, of Greensboro, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at Heartland Living.

Born May 13, 1940, in Ingram County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harold Kime Smeltzly and the late Mary Meloy Smeltzly. Mrs. Carson was a retired certified nursing assistant.

She is survived by her son, Robert Sexton and wife Dana of Kernersville; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Carson; and daughter, Susan Sexton Rash.
