Mildred Ruff Stevenson, 77, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2018, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
Born March 7, 1940, in Columbia, SC, she was a daughter of the late Herbert Ruff, Sr., and the late Ruby Martin Ruff. Ms. Stevenson was a homemaker who raised her children the right way. She was a good woman, hard worker, and gave to others.
Ms. Stevenson is survived by her daughters, Traci Coles and husband John, and Judy Straiter all of High Point; brothers, Roger Ruff of High Point, and Herbert Ruff, Jr., and wife Bernadine of Mississippi; sister, Gladys Ruff of High Point; grandchildren, Jade Straiter, Ashley Kazouh, Jessica Coles, and Cody Stevenson; and one great-grandchild, Znyiah Bailey, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday, January 14, 2018, in the Gathering Room of Wright Cremation & Funeral Service.
