Melvin (Rocky) Randall Potts

Melvin (Rocky) Randall Potts, 78, of Thomasville, passed away Thursday, April 29, 2021, at The Citadel of Winston Salem.

Born August 15, 1942, in Guilford County, he was a son of the late Melvin Potts and the late Betty York Potts.  Rocky worked as a machinist in the plastics industry.

He is survived by his wife, Jere Ferrell Potts of the home; daughters, Becky Potts Mickey of Kernersville, Susie Potts of High Point and Felicia Potts of Thomasville; stepsons, Barry Bingham of Winston Salem, and Brent Bingham of Rockwell, NC; brothers, Danny Potts (Gail) of Kernersville, and Larry Potts (Marlene) of Waco, TX; sister, Pam Spitzbergen (Doug) of Trinity; and special nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, Randall Potts.
