Melinda Lindsey Elliott

Melinda Lindsey Elliott, 67, of Sophia, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2022, at her home.

Born May 20, 1955, in Guilford County, she was the daughter of the late George W. Lindsey and the late Virginia Doris Medlin Lindsey.  Melinda retired from the finance industry in customer service.

She is survived by her husband, Steven H. Elliott of the home; sons, Mark Elliott (Charlene) of Sophia and Matt Elliott (Maryann) of Villa Rica, Georgia; daughter, Tracie Hill (Brian) of Archdale; and grandchildren, Noah, Wyatt, Cameron, and Benjamin.

Memorial services will be conducted at 5:00 PM Saturday, July 30, 2022, in the chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations, High Point with Pastor John Devine officiating.

The family will visit with friends following the service.
