Maximina Ortiz Vega, 79, of High Point, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018, at Hospice Home at High Point.
Born June 17, 1938, in Cayey, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Juan Ortiz and the late Regalada Vega.
She is survived by her children, Rafael Cruz, and Norma Cruz both of High Point, and Aracelis Cruz of Puerto Rico.
No services are planned.
