Mary Evelyn (Everhart) Stanley

Mary Evelyn Stanley, 77 of High Point, North Carolina passed away on January 6, 2019 at the Hospice Home at High Point.

Mary was born in Lexington, North Carolina to Harvey Everhart and Margie Ingram on December 4, 1941.  She was married to Thomas Jason Stanley.   She worked as an Outsider for Jack Cart Wright Furniture for many years.

Mary is preceded in death by husband, Thomas Jason Stanley; father, Harvey Everhart; mother, Margie Ingram Everhart

Mary is survived by sons, Jackie Brewer of Trinity, Thomas (TomBo) Stanley and wife Barbara of Lexington, and Billy Stanley and wife Kathy of Trinity; daughter Teresa Stanley Fowler; grandsons, Thomas “Jason” Lewis and Michael Lewis; granddaughters Layla Lewis and Brittany Davis; and a host of great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Trulite Baptist Church, 4001 Trulite Church Road, High Point, North Carolina with Pastor Jerry Whitehart of Trulite Baptist Church officiating.   Burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery.  Family will receive guests 12:00 P.M. – 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Trulite Baptist Church.

Pallbearers will be Michael Lewis, Jason Lewis, Austin Lewis, Jimmie Murvin, Carson Everhart and Travis Barnhart.
