Mary Ann Dameron Sechrest, 81, of High Point, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born August 21, 1937, in Frankston, Texas, she was a daughter of the late Leonard Dameron and the late Louise Cole Dameron. Mrs. Sechrest was a retired secretary, loved to read, garden, was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Winston-Salem.

She is survived by her husband of twenty-four years, Larry Dwight Sechrest of the home, children, Karen Vernon of Lexington, Kent Pounders of Archdale, Kim Wilson of Charlotte, Tim Sechrest and wife Julia of High Point.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her children, Kathy Williams, Keith Pounders, and Kevin Pounders.

Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Saturday, March 23, 2019, at Fellowship Baptist Church, 1075 Teague Rd., Winston-Salem, NC with Rev. Randy Whitman officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Dr., High Point, NC 27262.
