Mary Fallon Caswell

Mary (Ann) Fallon Caswell, 79, of Thomasville NC passed away peacefully Saturday, February 27, 2021, at her home with family.

She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Nana, Sister and Aunt and she will be greatly missed. She is survived by her devoted husband of 56 years, Samuel (Sam) G Caswell.  They travelled the world during his Naval career and retired in Thomasville, NC. Together they raised three daughters.

She was born December 3, 1941, in Edinburgh, Scotland, she was the daughter of the late William Fallon and the late Margaret Sharkey Fallon. She grew up in Lochend and remained a proud Scot. She was preceded in death by her siblings William (Billy) Fallon, James (Jay) Fallon, Thomas Fallon, Michael (Mick) Fallon, and Catherine (Cath) Swanson.

On July 25, 1964, she married Samuel (Sam) G Caswell, who survives of the home; also surviving are her daughters, Anita Caswell of the home, Julie Ann O’neill and husband Kevin of Thomasville, NC, and Samantha Slone and husband Ryan of Hamilton, OH; sisters, Margaret (Mags) of Edinburgh, Scotland and Norma Puckett of Thomasville, NC; and grandson, Grant William O’neill.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 3, 2021, in the chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with the Rev. Gabriel Carvajal Salazar officiating. The family will receive visitors from 10:00-10:45 AM prior to the service.  Entombment will follow at the Floral Garden Memorial Park.
