Mary Beth Amerson Guyton, 79, of Archdale, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Shannon Gray Health and Rehab.

She is survived by one daughter, Bethany Scott Alkazin (Tom Alkazin) of Las Vegas, NV, and two sons, Thomas Franklin Scott (Polly Scott) of Newnan, GA, and Hallie Eugene Scott (Rebecca Scott) of Trinity, NC.  She was also survived by 8 grandchildren (Christopher, Brad, Amy, Melissa, Christy, Matthew, Tanner, and Joshua) and 6 great-grandchildren (Gabby, Grace, Trevor, Ethan, Abby, and Jordyn).

She loved the Lord with all her heart, soul, mind and strength, and had a special gift from God of being called to serve others. We will miss her peach cobbler but most importantly we will miss her unconditional love that she had for her family and friends.

The family will receive visitors at Archdale First Church of God, 7009 Weant Road, Archdale, NC on Saturday, April 7, 2018, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM and a memorial service will be held immediately following visitation at the church at 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the building fund of Archdale First Church of God in Archdale or Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC  27262.
