Martin Joel Fowler

Martin Joel Fowler, 71, of Asheboro, North Carolina, passed away on February 22, 2019 in Asheboro, North Carolina.

Martin was born in Harnett County, North Carolina to Addison D. Fowler and Eunice Holland on July 19, 1947.  He was married to Ana Maria Fowler.  Martin worked many years in the hosiery industry and was an avid Nascar and wrestling fan.

Martin is preceded in death by his parents Addison and Eunice Fowler; brother, Addison D. Fowler, Jr (A.J.) and sister Becky McLeod.

Martin is survived by his wife Ana Fowler of the home; sons Randy Joel Fowler and wife Crystal of Trinity; Travis Lee Fowler of Orlando, FL; daughters Debra Ann Haynes and husband Wiley of Summerfield; Shelby Renee Jones and husband Dwight of High Point; and by his sister Polly Lucas of Dunn. Martin is also survived by five granddaughters, one grandson and one great-granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30P.M., Monday, February 25, 2019 at Community Outreach of Archdale-Trinity’s Chapel located at 10607 North Main Street, Archdale, North Carolina with pastor David Jones officiating.   Burial will follow at Guil-Rand Memorial Park Cemetery, 1550 NC Highway 62 West, High Point, North Carolina.  Family will receive visitors from 1:00P.M.-2:30P.M, Monday, February 25, 2019 at Community Outreach of Archdale-Trinity’s Chapel.

Arrangements are by Guil-Rand Funeral & Cremation Service of Archdale, North Carolina.

Pallbearers will be Travis Fowler, Randy Fowler, Dwight Jones, Patrick Shelar, Wiley Haynes and Victor Alfaro.
