Martha Carnealia Hyde

Martha Carnealia Hyde, 91, of High Point, passed away Monday, February 8, 2021, at her home.

Born August 15, 1929, in Asheville, NC, a daughter to the late Andrew Hyde and the late Julia Ammons Hyde.  Martha worked in retail and was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Greensboro.

She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Allred (Edmund) of High Point; grandson, Darrick C. Allred (Donnie).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Don Abercrombie and son, Jimmy Steven Dodd.

Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Monday, February 15, 2021, in the chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Pastor John Morton officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.
