Martha Leonard Denny

Martha Leonard Denny, 95, of High Point, passed away Friday, July 4, 2025, at her home.

Born January 10, 1930, in Guilford County, she was a daughter of the late Fred Leonard and the late Minta Phillips Leonard. Martha was a homemaker and a member of Oak Hill Friends Meeting.

She is survived by her daughters, Teresa Hecht (Daniel), and Alyce Lynch (Rodney Banther); son, Clayton Denny (Brigid); five grandchildren, Benjamin (Nancy-Kerr), Jeremy (fiance' Grace Tate), Samatha (Wes), Andrew, and Abbey (James) and four great grandchildren, Landon, Macy, Emery, and Noelle; and two expected great-grandsons that are on the way.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Deep River Friends Cemetery with Rev. John Sides officiating.

The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM at Wright Funerals-Cremations, High Point.
