Marcus Christian Austin

Marcus Christian Austin, 53, of Trinity, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2023.

Born January 15, 1970, in Forsyth County, he was a son of Dawn Lowder Pugh (Richard) and the late Jerry C. Austin. Marcus was an HVAC Tech for twenty-five years, and was super goofy with a contagious smile. He loved his children, playing the guitar and the Kansas City Chiefs.

In addition to his mother and stepfather, he is survived by his wife, Tonya Edwards Austin of Trinity; sons, Christian Austin and Lacy Austin both of Trinity; daughter, Abigail Austin of Trinity; brother, Todd Austin and wife Kim of Trinity; and sister, Shelley Wood and husband Kenny of Trinity.

Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Sunday, April 2, 2023, in the High Point Chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Rev. Scott Wagoner officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 2:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
