Madie Ray Gunter

Madie Ray Gunter, 81, of Archdale, passed away on December 19, 2021 in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Madie was born at her home in Randolph County to Thelma Wall Hill and William Edgar Hill on February 16, 1940. She was a simple woman that enjoyed cooking for people. She also loved to sew and work with furniture. She will be missed by her family and friends.

Madie is preceded in death by her husband Phillip Gunter, her mother Thelma Wall Hill and her father William Edgar Hill.

Madie is survived by her sisters Peggy Dennis husband Jimmy, Cathy Joyce, and Carla Trotter husband Ricky, her brothers Bill Hill wife Jinx and David Hill.
