Lynne L. Lamb

Lynne L. Lamb, 81, of High Point, joined loved ones in heaven, Thursday, October 15, 2026, peacefully at home after a short decline in health.

She was born June 2, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Eleanor Davis. Lynne was the only child and was dearly loved.

After graduating from Western Carolina University, Lynne began her career as a nurse. She spent time in the Army Reserves and worked for the Red Cross for over twenty-five years. Later, Lynne worked as an operating room nurse and as a long-term care nurse.

Lynne was very personable, always had kind words to share and easily made friends with colleagues and those she cared. Away from work, she enjoyed spending time with friends playing bridge and spending time with those she loved.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Lynne leaves behind family and friends to cherish her memory. Her legacy of caring for others will be remembered and live on in the lives of those she touched.
