L.R. (Ronnie) Anderson, 70,  passed 13th, October 2017 in his home in Guilford County, surrounded by his wife and children.

There will be a celebration in honor his life with family and friends at 2:00 PM Sunday, October 22, 2017, at Hagan Stone Park.

L.R. Anderson was born on 4th June, 1947 in Gastonia,NC to Leon Anderson and Amanda Catherine Anderson. He worked for several years as a truck driver for Pilot. Later in life, he loved and enjoyed working hard at Hagan Stone Park.

L.R. Anderson married Peggy in 1977, raised his children Ron Anderson, Mike Chatman and Rhonda Anderson

L.R. Anderson enjoyed spending his days working at Hagan Stone Park; doing yard work around his beautiful home; tinkering on vehicles; turkey shooting and fishing with family and friends.There were no strangers when it came to L.R. Anderson, he could make conversation with just about anyone.Another great attribute of his, was that he would “give the shirt off his back” to anyone in need.
