Lowell Morris Clinard, 81, of High Point, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at High Point Regional Hospital.

Born July 28, 1936, in Guilford County, he was a son of the late Winfred Clinard and the late Dessie Morris Clinard. Mr. Clinard retired from the City of High Point and was a member of English Road Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Martin Clinard of the home; daughters, Lisa Dawn Robinson and husband Kelly of High Point, and Lori Ann Clinard of Greensboro; brother, Nolan Clinard of GA; sister, Kay Pruitt; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers,  Paul Clinard, and Allan Clinard; and sister, Katherine Brindle.

Services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Monday, January 8, 2018, at English Road Baptist Church with Rev. James Summey officiating. Burial will follow in Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM prior to the service at the church.
