Louise Clodfelter Peacock, 78, of Pine Meadow Dr., passed away Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Born October 4, 1937 in Davidson County, she was a daughter of the late Fred Clodfelter and the late Minnie Biesecker Clodfelter. Mrs. Peacock formerly worked at US Furniture & Blacksmith Shop, formerly owned & operated Lou’s Country Antiques and retired from Belk. She was a long time member of Oak View Baptist Church,

Mrs. Peacock is survived by her husband, James Perman Peacock, Jr. of the home; son, Craig Peacock and wife Kelly of High Point; brother, Bob Clodfelter of Lexington; sisters, Mary Beeker and husband Ned and Betty Miller both of Lexington; grandchildren, Jeremy Peacock, Connor Peacock and Julie Peacock and one great-grandchild, Cayson Peacock.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Robert Clodfelter, Freddie Clodfelter, Jr; and sister, Ruby Bates.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 2, 2016 in Floral Garden Park with Rev. Chris Clontz officiating.
