Louise Staley Hiatt

Louise Staley Hiatt, 76, of High Point, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2020, at her home.

Born January 22, 1944, in Randolph County, she was the daughter of the; late James Everette Staley and the late Pearl Hardister Staley. Mrs. Hiatt was a graduate of Wake Forest University and Duke Divinity School and a retired children’s department director. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband David Marshall Hiatt of the home; daughters, Christina Hiatt (Charles Hurley) of Lexington, and Andrea Beane (Christopher) of Archdale; grandchildren, Samantha Dickens, Britney Hurley, Katie Hurley, Wesley Miller, and Zachary Beane.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Wesley Everette Hiatt.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 22, 2020, at Mt. Olivet United Church Cemetery in Seagrove with Rev. Wally Jarrell officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Dr., High Point, NC 27262.
