Louise McGee Gammons

High Point

Louise McGee Gammons, 82, of High Point, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017, at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born on June 14, 1935, in Davidson County, she was the daughter of  the late Walter Nelson McGee and the late Zella Sink McGee. Louise was a member of Hillard Memorial Baptist Church, she loved Jesus, her family, church and watching the HiToms Baseball Team.

She is survived by daughters, Linda Flick of Lexington, and Lisa Gammons of Thomasville; sisters, Elsie M. Nall and husband Donald of Greensboro, and Irene Rudisill and husband Bill of Julian; granddaughter, Heather Flick; and great-grandchildren, Autumn and Bailyn. She was loved by many, and will be missed, by many family and friends.

Graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Monday, August 7, 2017, at Floral Garden Park with the Reverend Bob James officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM Sunday, August 6, 2017, at Wright Cremation & Funeral Service.

Memorials may be directed to Hilliard Memorial Baptist Church, the general fund, 2311 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC  27262, and Rich Fork Baptist Church, (His Hands Ministry), 3993 Old Hwy 29, Thomasville, NC  27360.
