Lisa Delzotto

Lisa Marie Delzotto, 60, of McLeansville, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025, at Moses Cone Hospital.

Born April 1, 1965, in Queens, New York, she was a daughter of Nancy Record Delzotto of Trinity and the late Paul Delzotto.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Leonel Diaz of the home; sons, Luis “Fernando” Inda of McLeansville, and Zachary “Zach” Ford of High Point; daughters, Katherine “Katie” Diaz of McLeansville; and Cassandra “Cassie” Cunningham and husband Dustin of Trinty; and granddaughter, Natalie Cunningham.

Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Friday, August 29, 2025, in the High Point Chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Rev. Brian Donley officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.
