Linda Louise (Hardy) Garrick

Linda Louise Hardy Garrick, age 79, of Greensboro, NC passed away on February 17, 2024. She was born on January 2, 1945, in Atmore, AL to the late Joseph and Hattie Hardy.

She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Clifton Garrick Jr; her parents; her sisters, Lucille Zeringue, Lois Hall, Lynette Hardy, and her brothers, Louie Hardy, Leslie Hardy, Lamar Hardy and Leonard Hardy.

She is survived by her son Cliff Garrick (Karen); daughter Monica McGuire (James); beloved grandchildren: Jordan Garrick (Hannah Boles), Taylor Garrick (Caleb Dove), Connor McGuire, Kelsey McGuire, and Landon McGuire; sisters: Latisha Phillips, LaBetty (Gene) Singleton; and Sarah Coon all of AL; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

There will be a private family service on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Haynes Inman Education Center, 200 Haynes Rd., Jamestown, NC 27282.

The family wishes to thank the many caregivers that took care of her and a special thank you to Courtney, Amanda, Sally, and Kosher at Westchester Harbour and Holly at Hospice of the Piedmont for their love and special attention as well as the support they provided the family in her final days.
