Laura Janet Beckom

Laura Janet Beckom, 71, of High Point, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020, at Randolph Hospice House.

Born June 25, 1949, in Guilford County, NC, she was a daughter to the late Walter Yow and the late Ruth Grant.  Laura worked as a housekeeper at High Point Regional Medical Center until her retirement.

She is survived by her husband of nineteen years, Larry Beckom of the home; sons, Jeff Grant (Betty) of Lexington, Rodney Grant (Jana) of Summerfield, Christopher Grant (Becky) of High Point; brother, Chuck Byerly (Susan); six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

No services are planned at this time.

The family will receive friends at the home of her son Rodney Grant, 402 Old Mill Drive, Summerfield, NC 27358
