Johnny David Seward, Sr

Johnny David Seward, Sr, 81, of High Point, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023, at High Point Medical Center.

Born December 18, 1941, in Richwood , West Virginia, he was a son to the late Chester Seward and the late Thelma Sears Seward.  Johnny worked as a electrician for Evergreens Nursing Home.  He was very giving and loving, he loved to travel, was a avid fisherman, and also loved his grandkids and great grandkids.  Johnny had a little companion Daisy whom he loved.

He is survived by sons, David Seward (Debbie) of High Point and James Morgan of Suffolk, VA; daughters, Melinda Nguyen (Nhan) of High Point, Tonya Shetley (Eric) of Thomasville and Gina Kerr (William) of Suffolk, VA; grandchildren, Nick Clodfelter, Carson Shetley, Kendall Seward, Leah Nguyen, Bo Nguyen, Brandon Harb (Kriscelle), Michael Harb (Marina), and Amber Knight (Brandon); and twelve great grandchildren.

Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday, September 17, 2023, at his residence.
