Johnny Ray Davis

Johnny Ray Davis, 66, of Kernersville, passed away on November 29, 2019 at Hospice of the Piedmont in High Point, NC.

Johnny was born in Guilford County to Robert and Hattie Davis on March 30, 1953. He attended school at Allen Jay in High Point and later went to Davidson Community College to further his education. Johnny spent several years at Quality Motors of Thomasville before he opened his own construction business. He eventually went to work for Thomasville Ford for the remainder of his career. He loved to hunt, play golf and spend as much time as possible with his kids and grandchildren.

Johnny is preceded in death by his mother Hattie Atkins Davis and his father Robert Davis.

Johnny is survived by his daughter Stephanie Davis Farmer fiancée Danny of Walburg, his son Chad Davis wife Lindsey of Summerfield, his sister Judy Weaver of Archdale, his grandchildren Kaylee, Haylee, and Mason.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 6pm December 3, 2019 at Pine Woods United Methodist Church located at 200 Pine Woods Church Road, Thomasville, NC 27360
