Joe Junior Bullins, 85, of Kernersville, passed away Monday, August 2, 2021, at Kate B. Reynold Hospice Home.
Born May 23, 1936, in Surry County, he was a son of the late Harvey Bullins and the late Dealie McCormick Bullins. Mr. Bullins was a retired mechanic, was a member of Rocky Ford Baptist Church but attended Green Street Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Trantham Bullins of the home; sons, Ronnie Bullins and wife Lisa; Randy Bullins and wife Tracie, and Sandy Bullins and wife Michelle all of Kernersville; grandchildren, Ashley Bare, Allyssa Bullins, Taylor Bullins, Brandon Bullins, Holdon Bullins, Dylan Bullins, and Samantha Bullins; great-grandchildren, Norah Jayne Bullins, Peyton Bare, Joseph Bullins, Khloe Bullins, and Riley Bullins; sister, Elva Nixon and husband Russell of Sparta; and special friends Eric and Hope McFarland, Roger and Cheryl Kinney, and Larry and Darlene McAllister.
Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, August 5, 2021, in the chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Rev. Russell Nixon officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service.
