Joan Elaine (Davis) Lowe

Joan Elaine Davis Lowe, 77, of Thomasville, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at Forsyth Medical Center.

Born May 19, 1946, in Grayson County, Virginia, she was a daughter to the late Edgar Elmer Davis and the late Flora Cook Davis.  Joan was a homemaker who worked hard for her family, she was a strong independent woman, and loved feeding squirrels.

She is survived by sons, Timmy Wyatt, Steven Wyatt (Cindy) and Barry Falk (Andrea); daughter, Kimberly Rice (David); brothers, Stan Davis and Barry Davis; sisters, Caroline Lawson and Patricia Sheets; six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul A. Lowe, Jr, and a daughter, Veronica Wyatt, and beloved pet Holly.

Services will be held at a later date.
