Jimmi Lynn McGuire

Jimmi Lynn McGuire, 57, of Thomasville, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2026, at Alamance Regional Hospital.

Born July 26, 1968, in Davidson County, she was a daughter of Mary Alice Bowles McGuire of Archdale, and the late James Melvin McGuire, Sr. Jimmi graduated from Thomasville High School and UNC-G with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She was very involved with activities at New Day Church in Colfax and enjoyed spending time with family, especially her niece and nephews. Jimmi liked watching cooking shows, old movies, and spending Friday evenings with her mother.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brother, James Melvin McGuire, Jr., and wife Monica of High Point; nephews, Connor and Landon McGuire; and niece, Kelsey McGuire.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 27, 2026, in the High Point Chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Pastor Michael Sirianni officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park in Thomasville, NC.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM prior to the service at the funeral home.
