Jesse Pearly Tysinger

Jesse Pearly (JP) Tysinger, 87, of Lexington, passed away on October 6, 2020 in High Point, NC.

JP was born in High Point, NC to Oscar & Nettie Tysinger on April 9, 1933.  JP was born and raised in Highland Cotton Mill Village. He attended church at Faith & Victory Ministries in Greensboro, NC.  He was an avid hunter and loved training his bird dogs. He loved his kids and his grandkids; he also had a loving heart for people in general. He would take anyone that needed anything in as his own. He was the toughest man that ever lived.

JP is preceded in death by his wife Nancy Tysinger, father Oscar Tysinger, mother Nettie Tysinger, his sisters Carrie Coble, Georgia Meindl, Nona Woods, his brothers Wade Sykes, Oscar Tysinger Jr and Phillip Tysinger, and also his grandson Clint Campbell.

JP is survived by his daughters Karen Sloan, Tonya Johnson (Dwight) and Tracie Garland (Mark), his sister Louise Eads, his grandchildren Cade Johnson (Jesette), Kylie Foster (Jay), Mark Garland, Jr., Jatie Garland, Jesse Johnson, Jake Johnson (Ivey), and Jackson Garland, his great grandchildren Cash Campbell, Porter Watson, Finley McGarvey, Alex Foster, and Aubrey Rae Faster, also two special boys that were like sons to him Shane and Jamie Stevenson.

The family will receive visitors at 12:30pm October 10, 2020 followed by the funeral service at 1pm at Faith & Victory Ministries located at 6818 Coltrane Mill Rd, Greensboro, NC. The committal will follow the service at Ebenezer Church Cemetery located at 2098 Ebenezer Church Road, High Point, NC.
