Jerry Michael Wray, 69, of Archdale, NC, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2918 at High Point Regional Hospital.

Born September 17, 1948, in Roanoke Rapids, NC, he was a son of the late Lloyd Lacy Wray and the late Mary Jones Wray. Mr. Wray was a US Army veteran and a retired furniture maker. He was a simple man with simple taste, and will be missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his daughter, Barbara Lynn Stark of Lawrenceville, Virginia; his former wife, Donna Hicks of High Point; brothers, Aubrey Wray, and Clifton Wray; sisters, Barbara Hedrick, Diane King, Margaret Clary, Ruby Daniels, and Alice Whitson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Wray; and sister, Edith Samford.
