Jerry Wayne Kiser

Jerry Wayne Kiser, 79, of Jamestown, passed away Saturday, November 29, 2025, at High Point Medical Center.

Born September 23, 1946, as son of the late James Edward Kiser and the late Ola Nora Kilby Kiser.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Crane.

Jerry had an excellent work ethic, truly generous with his time for helping others. He was known to fix just about anything, he enjoyed working and rebuilding old tractors. He truly loved his family, putting their needs above his own. Jerry and Lynda attended Straightway Baptist Church.

Left to cherish his memory; his beloved wife Lynda Hall Kiser of the home; sons, James Kiser and wife Donna of Jamestown, and Jody Kiser and wife Amy of High Point; grandchildren, Arnold “AJ” Bailey (Amanda), Austin Kiser, Jacob Kiser, and Emily Kiser (Brandon); great grandchildren, Emma Bailey, and Nova Bailey. He was also survived by his brother, David Kiser (Kathy) and sister, Patty Mason.

Funeral Service will be 3:00PM Friday, December 5, 2025, at Wright Funerals-Cremations, High Point chapel with the Reverend Richard Blevins officiating.

Burial will follow in the Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 2:00-2:45PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
