Jerry Maynard Coker

Jerry Maynard Coker, 81, of Thomasville, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born July 13, 1942, in Davidson County, he was the son of the late Lee Howard Coker and the late Omie Ayers Coker.  Jerry worked in shipping and receiving for photography studios and was a member of Rich Fork Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife Oberia (Obie) Combs Coker; sons, Josh Coker (Kim) and Brian Coker both of Thomasville; sister-in-law, Nancy Coker; special friend and neighbor, Sandy Kearns; grandchildren, Connor Coker, Ryan Coker, and Riley Coker; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday, June 28, 2024, at Rich Fork Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Bowers officiating.

The family will visit with friends following the service.
