Jeanne’ Hegberg Johnson, 99, of Colfax, formerly of Chicago, passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017, at River Landing at Sandy Ridge.
Born November 25, 1917, in Chicago, IL, she was a daughter of the late Reuben O. Hegberg and the late Anna Lindahl Hegberg. Mrs. Johnson was a graduate of National Teachers College and was a retired school teacher.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Guerra and husband Jorge of Advance, NC; brother, Richard A. Hegberg and wife Lois of Chicago; and granddaughter, Kathryn L. Guerra.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Wesley George Johnson; and sister Marian Sandberg.
