Jeanette Thompson Raynor, 76, of Archdale, died October 2, 2016 after a brief illness at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born September 27, 1940 in High Point, she was the daughter of the late Grady and Willie Bradshaw Thompson.  Mrs. Raynor graduated from High Point Central in 1958 and went on to work in the furniture industry eventually becoming a showroom design consultant.  She retired from Ferguson Copeland, Ltd. and Drexel Heritage.

Mrs. Raynor was deeply devoted to her family and is survived by her sons, Keith Raynor of Archdale, Steve Raynor of Stokesdale and Scott Raynor of High Point; brother, Wayne Thompson; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Billy Edwin Raynor and a brother, Grady Thompson.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday, October 5, 2016 in Floral Garden Park with Rev. Alexander Comfort officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
