Jeanette Alford Clodfelter, 70, of High Point, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at High Point Regional Hospital.

Born March 19, 1947, in Yadkin County, she was the daughter of the late Prentiss Alford and the late Cassie Brown Alford. Mrs. Clodfelter retired from Sears and was a member of New Life Baptist Church (formerly Allen Jay Baptist).

She is survived by her husband, Harold Ray Clodfelter. She was the love of his life for fifty-four years. Also, she is survived by their children; Vernon Clodfelter and wife Sue of Trinity, April Lamendola and husband Philip of Greensboro, and Theresa Clodfelter of Thomasville; eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

As well as brothers, Jerry Alford and wife Colleen of Thomasville, Hansell Alford and wife Tammy of Denton, and Charlie Alford and wife Susan of Denton; and many nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 24, 2017, at New Life Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Mabe and Rev. Roger Carmichael officiating. Burial will follow in Guil-Rand Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM Friday at New Life Baptist Church. 1100 E. Fairfield Rd., High Point.
