Jean (Raines) Talbert

Elanor "Jean" Raines Talbert, 82, of Trinity, passed away, Friday, November 15, 2024, at Graybrier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born October 27, 1942, in Kempton, Maryland, she was a daughter of the late Alfred Raines and the late Nellie Propes Raines. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Talbert; brother, Lee Raines; and her sister, Diana Blair.

She was a member of Church Street Baptist Church in Greensboro.

She is survived by her brother, Roger Raines of West Virginia; sister-in-law, Carol Raines of West Virginia; and friends, Reverend Tim and Brenda Huffman of High Point.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 19, 2024, in the Archdale Chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Rev. Tim Huffman officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Garden Memorial Park.
