Jean Davis Mills

Jean Davis Mills, 78, of Trinity, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 in High Point, North Carolina.

Jean was born in Walnut Cove to Grover Lee Davis and Blanche Louise Starbuck on July 3, 1942. She graduated from Walkertown High School.  Jean had a green thumb and enjoyed gardening and flowers.  She was truly crazy about her grandchildren who were the light of her life.

Jean is preceded in death by her husband Henry Mills; parents Grover and Blanche Davis; brother Dewey Davis; and sisters Nancy Hudson, Elise Scott and Linda Davis.

Jean is survived by her sons Tony Mills and Hank F Mills II; daughters Melissa Steelman and Shonee Mocalis, grandchildren TJ Mills, Levi Mills, Thomas Steelman, Emily Chambers, Ben Chambers, and Alex Mills.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Floral Garden Park Cemetery, 1730 W. English Rd., High Point, North Carolina with pastor Jack Elkes officiating.
