Janie Young Segers, 56, of Trinity, passed away Friday, September 21, 2018, at her home.

Born February 25, 1962, in Martinsville, Virginia, she was the daughter of Janie Elizabeth Robeson Ingle and husband Donald of Coleridge, NC, and the late Jesse Oddie Young. Mrs. Segers was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Segers of the home; daughters, Amanda Yates, Jessica Self of Durham, Janie Elizabeth Yates of the home; step-daughter, Wendy Steele and husband Brandon of High Point; step-son, Scott Segers and wife Mitze of Lexington; brothers, Gary Young of High Point, and Joseph Young of High Point; three grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, September 29, 2018, in the Gathering Room of Wright Cremation & Funeral Service.
