Janie Lee (Brendle) Pinnix

Janie Lee Brendle Pinnix, 93, of High Point, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022, at High Point Medical Center.

Born May 16, 1928, in Surry County, she was the daughter of the late Dolphus Monroe Brendle and the late Mattie Lee Fleming Brendle. Mrs. Pinnix was a retired from Wachovia Mortgage Company.

She is survived by her daughters, Joni Johnson, and Susan Swanson and husband Bill; grandchildren, Erin West and husband Matt, and Gregory Swanson; great-grandchildren, Harper West, Miles West, and Nola Turner.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Gray Pinnix; and brother, Kent Brendle, and granddaughter, Courtney Turner.

Private services will be at a later date.
