Janice Lankford Parker

Janice Lankford Parker, 72, of High Point, passed away Monday, April 4, 2022, at Forsyth Medical Center.

Born February 25, 1950, in Knoxville, Tennessee, she was a daughter of the late William Lankford and the late Dorothy Jackson Lankford. Janice was a retired unit secretary for Thomasville Medical Center with thirty-two years of service.

She is survived by her sons, Greg Parker and wife Kelly of Lexington, and Jonathan Parker and wife Pam of Four Oaks; brother, Gary Lankford and wife Linda of Thomasville; sisters, Linda Zeher of Montana, and Rosemary Miller and husband Wayne of Thomasville; grandchildren, Ashton Parker, Jock Parker, Blake Parker, Caleb Parker, and Cole Parker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Ashley Parker.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 9, 2022, in the chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations, High Point with Pastor Stan Tuttle and Pastor Wayne Knight officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Garden Park.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.
