Janice Moore

Janice Moore, 70, of Hope Mills, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022, at High Point Medical Center.

Born August 28, 1951, in Wilson County, she was a daughter of the late John McKinley Moore, Sr. and the late Gladys Barnes Moore. Janice retired from Black & Decker.

She is survived by her son, Laconia Higgs, III and wife Felicia of Colfax; brothers, John McKinley Moore, Jr. and wife Anne of Dudley, Bernard Moore and wife Ernestine of Texas, and James Walton Moore and wife Joan of Wilson; sisters, Gladys Inez Davis of Rocky Mount, and Bernice Pitt and husband Oscar of Browns Summit; grandchildren, Devon Harguess, Lawrence Higgs, and Lance Higgs.

Homegoing celebration will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, March 11, 2022, Family Fellowship Worship Center in Fayetteville.
