Janice Carolyn (Hall) Payne

Janice Carolyn Hall Payne, 79, of Thomasville, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024, at her home.

Born February 7, 1945, in Carroll County, VA; she was the daughter to the late Charles L. Hall and the late Avis Branscome Hall.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Milford Payne, who died just three months prior; May 2, 2024.
