James "Jim" Dumbroski

James “Jim” Jerome Dumbroski, 76, of Jamestown, passed away July 3, 2026, at his home.

Born July 27, 1949, in Bethesda, Maryland, to the late James Jerome Dumbroski, Sr., and the late Gladys Viola Schneider Dumbroski.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Joe Dumbroski.

Jim worked in Furniture Sales for most of his life and retired from Rose Furniture in High Point. He loved spending time with his children, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include, his beloved wife, Karen Weaver Dumbroski of the home; daughter, Kim Fuller (Drew) of Davidsonville, MD; sons, Matt Dumbroski (Linda) of Annapolis, MD, Trey Dumbroski (Lindsey) of Wallburg, Shawn Smith (Leslie) of High Point, and Chris Smith (Erica) of Yadkinville; grandchildren, Jonathan Fuller, Benjamin Fuller, Addie Dumbroski, Hazel Dumbroski, Scarlett Dumbroski, Jasper Dumbroski, Audrey Smith, Lizette Ibanez, Christian Smith and Wyatt Smith; sisters, Linda Wivel and Ada Derring (Michael); along with a host of extended family.

A private family Celebration of Life service will be held.

Wright Funerals-Cremations, High Point, is in charge of the arrangements.
