James Arthur Coburn, 63, of High Point, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born July 8, 1953 in Buffalo, NY, he was a son of the late David Coburn and the late Linda Ann Roese Coburn. Mr. Coburn was a US Navy veteran and was retired from the Home Shopping Network with twenty-five years of service.

He is survived by his wife of eleven years, Patsy Craven Coburn of the home, children, Andrew Coburn, Alicia Coburn, Jana Coburn, Barbara Poston, Pattie Poston and Angela Ross; and four grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jean Coburn.

Service will be private.
