Jacqueline Kay (Gilham) Mills

Jacqueline Kay Mills, 73, of Kernersville, passed away on December 13, 2020 at Kerner Ridge Assisted Living.

Jacqueline was born in Wheeling, WV to Anna Mae Sells Gilham and Henry Elza Gilham on July 31, 1947. She was a simple person who loved working around her home and doing a good word search when time would allow. She loved to cook, travel, and spend time with her family whenever she could. She also loved to be with her dog Winston.

Jacqueline is preceded in death by Larry Grant Mills and her first husband Donald Eugene Hanes, her mother Anna Mae Sells Gilham, her father Henry Elza Gilham, and her sons Anthony Hanes and Christopher Hanes.

Jacqueline is survived by her daughter Shannon Michele Miles husband Tony, her son Timothy Scott Hanes wife Kristin, her sister Debra Anne Furlan husband Corey, her grandchildren David, Kyle, Taylor, Connor, Colin, and Travis, her nephews Travis Young and Jeffery Young, she also leaves behind 5 great grandchildren.
