Helen Tuggle

Helen Cox Tuggle, 94, of High Point, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2025, at her home.

Born August 21, 1930, in High Point, she was the daughter of the late John Lindsey Cox and the late Lessie Ethridge Cox.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Clayton Charlie Tuggle; daughter Cynthia Tuggle; and her brothers, Charles Cox, Harold Cox and Sanford Cox.

Left to cherish her memory; her sons, Michael Tuggle and wife Julie of Charlotte, and Joel Tuggle and wife Tammie of Archdale; grandchildren, Jessica Fields and husband AJ, Adam Tuggle and Laura Tuggle; and her great grandchildren, Pierce Fields, Max Fields and Theo Fields.

The family will honor the wishes of their mother and not have a formal service.
