Mrs. Helen Daves Hill, 93, of Piedmont Crossing passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2017.

Mrs. Hill was born in Durham, the daughter of the late John Daves and Mary Ferrell Daves. She was homemaker and a member of Trinity Baptist Church.

Surviving are two sons, Jeff Hill and wife Yolanda of Trinity and Jerry Hill and wife Elise of Longview, Texas; daughter, June Shulman of Chicago, Ill.; sister, Kat Church of Asheboro; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Walter S. Hill; daughter, Diane Warwick; and sister, Ruth Swink.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 PM Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Morris Little and Rev. J.C. Alley officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Hill Cemetery in Thomasville.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM until 2:15 PM prior to the service at the church.
