Hazel Meadows King, 94, of High Point, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018, at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born June 27, 1923, in Paces, Virginia, and she was the daughter of the late William James Meadows and the late Lucy Isom Meadows.  She was a member of Rich Fork Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughters, Judi Hilton and husband David, and Teresa Winecoff and husband Jim; sons, Mark King and wife Tammy, and Craig King and wife Tanya; daughter-in-law, Sharon King; grandchildren, Michelle Rutherford, Lori White and husband Todd, Wayne King and wife Andrea, Jeremy King and wife Melissa, Jeff King and wife Kellie, Julia King, Angela Servey and husband Patrick, Meredith King; great-grandchildren, Katy DeRue, Kristin Blue, Hannah DeRue, Charlotte Blue, Jake DeRue, Zayden King, Lilli King, Mikayla King, Noah King, Sammy King, Andrew King, Nicholas Grant King.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse M. King; son, Gary King, Sr.; daughter, Barbara Jean King; grandson, Jess King; granddaughter, Amanda King.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00PM Saturday, February 10, 2018, at Oakwood Cemetery in High Point, with Reverend Michael Bowers.
