Harold "Dean" Thornsbury

Harold “Dean” Thornsbury, 58, of High Point, passed away on May 20, 2021 at his residence.

Dean was born in Roanoke, VA to June Faye Ruth and Ernest Harold Thornsbury on September 8, 1962. He was a simple man that loved Dale Earnhardt, San Francisco 49ers, and visiting the beach. He loved to swim and relax and family gatherings. He truly loved spending time with his family and friends. He also served in the United States army.

Dean is preceded in death by his mother June Faye Ruth and his father Ernest Harold Thornsbury..

Dean is survived by his sister Carol Jean Tackett husband Terry, his brother David Thornsbury wife Shirley, his nieces Terra and Erica, his nephew Samuel, his great nieces Alivia, Aubrey, and Josephine, a special friend Dawn Holder, he also leaves behind a host of cousins.

A family memorial will be held at a later date.
